Re:Eric vs Ivan(4-3) Date Posted:12/29/2022 9:10 AMCopy HTML Looks like Booker's out so Johnson and Stewart each move up. Close game with only Simons left to play. I've got rebs and 3s already won and Ivan has a sizable lead in blks -- everything else is more or less in play. Simons needs 22 pts, 1 asst and/or at least 2 stls to get this for me -- two of the three. |

Re:Eric vs Ivan(4-3) Date Posted:12/31/2022 6:35 AMCopy HTML Wow, 2nd time in the last 3 games my last player to check in scored exactly the amount of points I needed to win. Simons also got the dime I needed. He almost didn't do it for me after missing almost the entire 3rd Q -- he fell hard on his back after swatting Jordan Poole. Unless Booker flies out to New York on Monday to meet up with his Suns teammates, I'll win 4-3 -- pts, rebs, assts and 3s. Ivan to confirm since it was so close. |

Re:Eric vs Ivan(4-3) Date Posted:12/31/2022 9:17 AMCopy HTML If Booker doesn't play I have that won points by .5 unless I calculated someone wrong. the rest I agree with.
Jackson -6, Keldon Johnson 19, Beal 19, Zion 43, Kuzma 14
Bench - Stewart 11, Rozier 19, Anunoby 18 divided by 2.
who did I get the wrong game for? |

Re:Eric vs Ivan(4-3) Date Posted:01/02/2023 8:56 PMCopy HTML Dammit, I had Johnson down for 18 points instead of 19. Yup, you won 4-3. Dammit², Simons missed minutes in the 3rd Q cost me the game. Dude shoots a LOT so I guarantee he would've scored that one point I needed if he hadn't taken that hard fall. But injuries are injuries, most of the blame falls on Melton for scoring only 6 points on 33% shooting. If he had scored just one more point he would've forced a tie which I would've won on FT%. The rest of the blame falls on me for benching a player I drafted and is playing pretty well, Huerter, for someone I picked up off the trash pile in a futile effort to win steals, Melton's strongest cat. To make it worse, Huerter had more steals than Melton did -- not enough to win me the category, but adds a little bit of salt to the wound. Like I always say, never sacrifice categories just to win steals because it's the most unstable and unpredictable category. Lesson learned...for the 17th time. |
